Career Guidance Events of the Department of Applied Mathematics: “Autumn of Discoveries with NURE”

On October 28, at the Metro School, representatives of the Faculty of Information and Analytical Technologies and Management of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics held a career guidance event for 10th and 11th-grade students of the Nemyshlianskyi district of Kharkiv.

Diana Rudenko, Dean of the Faculty, told the students about the university, its degree programs, and fields of study, helping them better navigate their future career choices.

As part of the meeting, Mykyta Hvozdev, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Applied Mathematics, hosted an intellectual brain-ring competition. During the competition, high school students solved logical problems, demonstrating resourcefulness and knowledge of mathematics.

The event contributed to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education by creating additional opportunities for the development of logical thinking and self-realization among youth. Such initiatives help overcome educational losses, support motivation to study, and encourage school students to pursue higher education.
